Easy exchanges and returns
Change your mind? No worries!
We offer exchanges or refunds, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is returned within 14 days of purchase, unworn, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition, with all labels, tickets, and packaging intact. They should not have been washed or worn.
Note:
- Returns are not accepted for underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items are non-refundable, but we gladly offer size exchanges, subject to availability.
Our policy for changes of mind does not affect your consumer law rights, including for faulty or incorrectly described items.
Full-Price Items
For full-priced items, we offer the following options:
- Refund
- Exchange for a different size (subject to stock availability).
- Store Credit to choose an alternative style at your convenience.
Sale or Promotional Items
For sale or promotional purchases, we provide store credit only.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credits unless the item is faulty. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.

How to Return, Swap, or Exchange an Item
Follow these steps for a hassle-free return process:
- Log in to your account and go to the Orders section.
- Select the product you wish to return and click the three-dot button next to it.
- Choose Report an Issue from the dropdown menu.
- Follow the prompts to select a reason, add comments, and upload up to four images (if applicable).
- Complete the process by selecting Refund/Swap Item on the resolution page.
Guest Checkout: If you checked out as a guest, ensure you provide your email and phone number to access the Resolution Center.
Track Your Return
You can monitor the status of your return or exchange in the Resolution Center.
